You did not state what help you are looking for. I will assume it is because no data is showing up on the screens.

First, this is not really the correct thread for this question. It should be asked on the LeafSpy Pro thread as it has nothing to do with Custom Screens. Please move this question over to the LeafSpy Pro support thread and I will respond there. Thanks.

I Active myself to be Beta user and don't seem to get the beta version update....Maybe the holyday

I don't know if you can figure a way to use the google drive for transfert/editing/save/share the custom screen files

Is there way to choose the custom screen to be the default startup screen?

I got a tablet permanently fix on my dashboard and it could be realy cool if you were able to shut the screen off or on dependly if the car is in fully start mode without ROOT the tablet

I'll also want to know if you could enable/disable Day running light. I have high power H13 Led and want to use fog light instead of headlights.

Thanks

Hello!

I use my Leaf in deep of Russia. For optimize my long trip, a use the "effective speed" formula to calculate optimal speed on road.
Veff=1/(1/V+1/(K*P))
Where:
Veff - "effective speed" - speed with charging time count (ie. V="way"/"time" whereas Veff="path"/("waytime"+"chargetime") )
V - speed at speedometer
K - efficiency in km/kWh
P - power of next charging station in kW

Can you improve Leaf Spy Pro to allow enter formula in custom screen?
For example, iwould like to display set of Veff to typical charging point power values (2.8, 3.3, 4.8, 5.5, 6.0, 10, 15, 20 and so on)

Thank you.

Gauges plus numerous other elements have now been added to iOS test version 1.7.39.

I have set a limit of 100 testers who can test this version using this link.
https://testflight.apple.com/join/bldsCmWB

After installing go to screen 3 and swipe up or down to access the default custom screen which is BMS Grp1. You can load other built-in custom screens using the Load button.

If you have created your own custom screen using the "L" or "DT" types they should be converted. In the case of "L" to the new "LV, VL, LBL,VAR" types or in the case of "DT" have their parameters adjusted to match the new format. In both cases the "font size" parameters has been replaced with a width and template parameters used to automatically select the largest font that will fit in the space (including height). See the help file for conversion tables. If you get stuck converting you can send the .csv file to me and I will convert when I have time.

One significant improvement with the custom screens is that only the data being displayed is read from the Leaf which can greatly increase the update rate. This is demonstrated on the BMS Grp1 screen which will update at around 5 times a second for near real time updates.

The normal Logging function, if enabled, is suspended while on a custom screen. In the case of the BMS Grp1 screen a record button is displayed in the top left corner. Tap the black circle to enable a trace changing it to a flashing red dot. See help for file name.

If you would like the updated help in PDF format while testing send me an email requesting the "Updated Help with Gauge support".

Can't wait for Android version please. The custom screen is so helpful for my 2012 Nissan (as I need live data on the lower kWh range). Using gauges element will be much easier to read on my Android phone.

Me also….. if you are looking out for testpersons for the Android version, please do

now user of leafspy pro on leaf 2018 40kw
gauges looks nice on customscreen, also updatespeed is very nice

thx. Virol

Is there an example *.csv custom screen file somwhere for the "all parameters"-overview?

Also, is that list of parameters all the parameters that can be read from the OBD2 port, or is it limited by the leafspy app. For example I've seen more parameters in other threads on canbus decoding, but not sure if those are on different can buses or require different obd2 dongles? (I'm interested in ac-compressor speed, temperatures and pressures?)

Long silent thread but maybe still worth a shot.
Couple of custom screens available here:

Far out, well done! This custom screen is super useful, especially for those who have gen-1 leaf. I can have better visibility of cells in lower 15% (around VLBW).

one thing I've found though, which maybe due to my old android, I have to call the GID on the custom screen if I want to view the 'remaining Wh' or 'range'.

If I don't view the GID, those variables simply 'stuck'. Anyone else having this problem?
