If you read the Blink forum there are two common problems. I would guess you have power connection problems. You might open it up and look at the connections. It could save you from replacing the unit.

A while back I purchased some Blink cables from Ebay for $100 shipped but lately you can get better quality Yazaki cables for nearly the same price.
 
I already purchased a Clipper Creek. Maybe the thought that this can be fixed will spur someone to buy mine. As far as whether the cable on mine is the best for the money, if it isn't then someone will offer less, I'm willing to take the best offer--I'd rather all or part of this EVSE get used rather than end up in the landfill.
 
From all reports Clipper Cheek makes fine EVSEs. I think you will be happy.

The Blink unit is heavy. I think you need a local pickup.
