For starters, I have this dash mount:

We are getting ready to trade my wife's Nissan Leaf in and as such we have removed the iPhone 6 cradle you see here. It attaches to the upper mid section of the dash near the left HVAC vent. This is ProClip part # 854706 for the dash mount ($29.99 retail).
Attached to that mount is the iPhone 6 mount for phones WITH a case (ProClip # 514662, $79.99 retail). And included is an authentic Apple Lightning Cable ($19 retail). All told this is $130 worth of stuff, making for a nice turn-key way to install your iPhone to the dash of your Nissan Leaf.
When we ran this setup we just routed the USB cable down the side of the radio, and plugged it into the standard USB spot near the cup holders. Worked PERFECT... giving us the ability to use USB for music (or Bluetooth) but also charged the phone, and a great way to also use the phone for Siri, navigation, etc.
All hardware included as show... just install and good to go. Opening bidding at a very reasonable price. Free UPS Ground shipment to anywhere in domestic USA. Thanks!
