IIRC, Sylphy is roughly the equivalent of a Sentra in the US.

Well, no. The Sylphy is actually what is called the Sentra over here, called the "B17" in Nissan-speak. The two cars have little in common.

While its 38 kWH battery is only slightly smaller than the present Leaf, I'd like to know what compromises were made to cram it into a car not originally designed as an EV. For example, how much of the ICEV version's trunk space remains?
