My guess is again around 3K for the Leaf and above 10k overall.

Since Nissan made some noises about some other things, I don't think they'll have another record month.

My guess is same as evnow that the number will be around 3,000 for the month.

On the plus side you see good inventory's on the dealers lots, so plenty of choices there. Discounts also look pretty good at most dealers, so that will help the sales numbers.

On the down side we have gas prices are now at 2.99 on average. That will be a big damper on sales.

The Kia might also start to cut into LEAF sales. There are many LEAF customers who are looking for a longer range vehicle and the KIA might just be the ticket there.

It will also be interesting to see the BMW EV sales for this month. Do they continue to grow are do the flatten out about now.

Tesla will do the earnings call this week, so we may get some good numbers there or they might disappoint some stock holders.

Could be an interesting week.

No spot for Kia or VW on the chart? Insideevs has them there.
Probably both combined is less than 100.

I doubt it. At least not for October. I doubt Kia had enough inventory of the Soul EV to even dent Leaf sales. And it remains to be seen how many they will make available in the coming months. I suspect not many. And I don't think it is available in Atlanta which is one of the Leaf's biggest markets.

Almost 7,000 world wide.

I recently bought a new Leaf, but didn't think about the value down the road. While I know there is going to be technology depreciation, I too am awaiting the day Nissan sells 200k of EVs. Hopefully sooner than later.

Gas prices are cheaper. Usually I see this before elections and Christmas to "stimulate" the economy. I expect them to go back up in Jan, but honestly have no idea.
