According to the German dealer, battery capacity 40kW and 210HP.

Is this a 3rd party modified Leaf with Nismo stickers or is it really an official Nismo tuned Leaf ??
The car looks .. alright, not too bad, not great either.

I don't mind the looks either - much sharper than the one on the Nismo page I saw a while back. As for the headlights, that may be one-way tinted glass, or that car may be used for daytime-only racing. If Nissan would offer an option like that, even splitting the difference in battery size and HP, they'd sell quite a few. Just please, make the damned fog-lights AMBER.

I think it's an official Nismo Leaf. According to this page
http://www.auto-news.de/auto/news/a...-Nismo-Tuning-fuers-Elektroauto-Leaf_id_35450

they were showing the same car at a car convention earlier this year in Germany. During that time, it wasn't decided whether they'd officially offer the Nismo Leaf in Germany. I couldn't find anything official, whether they made that decision. Either they did, or this specific dealer imported one by himself. But seeing the investment to get it through TÜV, I don't think that's probable.

Thanks for that link.

Tried to do a comparison: the photo at the dealer isn't too clear, but it appears to be very close. I was looking for the chrome bit in the front bumper below the led array, but it's not clear.
