I have not seen an "extended" cargo-area mat like you want.
It should be easy to get one made by a company that makes carpet-type mats.
You can get a large sheet of paper (or securely glue/tape several together) and then mark and cut a pattern for exactly the size/shape that you want. Then contact a suitable company and mail your pattern to them.

I don't have any information on such a mat, but I will mention what I do that works for me when I sometimes need to carry dirty/messy stuff: I use a heavy gauge vinyl sheet that covers everything and goes up the sides a bit, forming a "trough", keeping debris confined.
