Hello All,
Yesterday I received my New #3Dprinter from http://www.CraftUnique.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I backed them on IndieGoGo for $600 shipped, right now the same exact unit is $770 shipped.
I've printed one thing so far. a little hook that snaps into the Vent in the Trunk of the LEAF.
This Hook was designed to hold onto shopping bags so that your oranges don't fall out all over the trunk when you are going home from the supermarket.
I did not design the Hook, I found it online and downloaded the file and printed it out. It used 1.2 meters of #PLA (the material used in my 3D Printer)
The PLA comes in 330 Meter spools and costs around $23 shipped, So this little hook cost me 11 cents!
Here is a Video of it running 2 mins into the printing, the whole printing took 34 mins
