It's just welding cables (25mm^2) between the 12V battery to an Anderson Power Products connector (SB120 connector) with a 75A fuse. On the other side of another SB120 connector, you have more welding cable, and a 500W 12V DC-120VAC true sine wave inverter. Everything is available off the shelf.
