You may have other challenges even if you change the SIM. The original TCU in a '11 to '15 Leaf SV and SL for the US market would've only had support for 2.xxG networks. They stopped working shortly after AT&T turned off 2G network support around end of 2016 (https://www.greencarreports.com/news/1107682_nissan-offers-2g-leaf-owners-a-199-3g-upgrade-with-just-24-days-left). AT&T was sole provider of cellular service for NissanConnect/Carwings in the US.

I also have no idea if the frequencies it supports are compatible the the cellular infrastructure in your area.

Take a look at https://web.archive.org/web/20160206062113/https://www.worldtimezone.com/gsm.html and https://forums.att.com/t5/Network-Coverage/What-is-AT-amp-T-s-GSM-HSDPA-LTE-bands/td-p/4228054.

I found where the SIM card is installed. In what standard does this system work: CDMA or GSM?
What should I do if the connection is established?

I don't know what you're trying to do, but you can't just swap in a SIM card. The Nissan servers are keyed for your VIN, IMEI, SIM, TEL, and TCU ID. If anything doesn't match, it doesn't connect. It may show signal bars but nothing will happen.

Been there done that. Only a Nissan dealership in the region where the vehicle was originally sold can upgrade it to work.
