I just got my new Leaf on Friday and so far I'm impressed. But, I'm having some issues getting the NissanConnect Services app working. If I go to the NissanConnect website I can do everything (check charging level, etc). However the app on my phone says that my VIN number is not associated with a vehicle that has NissanConnect Services.

Am I missing a step somewhere?

Finally got it working. I had to call and sort things out. It appears that I had the incorrect app. There are 3 or 4 or them in the Google Play store. Once I downloaded the correct one, everything worked well. So far I'm impressed with the customer service.
 
They just released an update to the Android app and all of a sudden my 2012 leaf is working perfectly with the app again. Nissan told me it was a 2g problem. Funny how an app update instantly fixes all my issues.
