Any way to get around the "No SD Card" screen?

I just received my 2015 SL w/ Premium Leaf and the dealership forgot to deliver it with the navigation SD card. Now when I boot up the car it displays NO SD CARD on the display. It'll show the around view camera when I back up but after that, nothing but that screen. I can't see the climate settings & navigation or listen to any music. Plus I can't configuring the charging parameters or set up my carwings connection. Does anyone know of a way to at least get past that screen so that I can listen to music? I've pressed nearly all the buttons in the car. I even tried a blank SD card with no luck.

Did you try contacting the dealer?

Yes, they're sending me the SD card but for the next day or two I'm stuck at that screen. Wasn't sure if anyone knew how to get past it with some magic button pressing.
