Is there a Mexico map for the GPS in the Leaf?

Went to Tijuana this weekend. Took my Leaf from Los Angeles. When I crossed over the border, there was no on board GPS available. Is there a map update or something I can add? (other than another GPS?)

I chatted with Nissan North America and they said to call the Mexico Nissan customer service. But I chatted with Nissan Mexico, and they gave me the Nissan Navigation Update page. Which was worthless.
