I am considering buying a 2012 Leaf with 32,000 miles, but the picture of the dash display seems to indicate that it has "lost" 5 bars?! Only the bottom two red bars and the next five white bars are illuminated and the range shows 36 miles and also only illuminates 7 bars. Am I interpreting this picture correctly? I am not sure how to upload the actual picture.

Thanks for your input.
 
This Leaf is in the process of booting up, as evidenced by the simultaneous acceleration and regen bubbles illuminated at the top.

There's no way to tell the capacity status with this photo.
