Unfortunately, I don’t know because I don’t have time to run around to my work’s parking garage when I see the car ramping down on Chargepoint’s web site, esp. if I have to park far from my desk.
Today, I did see my car had begun ramp down and for a 5 minute interval (that’s the resolution Chargepoint provides on their web site), it was down to 4.17 kW. A query via Nissan’s Leaf app showed all 12 bars and 0:50 time remaining at 6 kW.
The next 5 minute interval showed 3.09 kW.
So, 12 bars isn’t “good enough”. I think if you hit 98% per the car’s % SoC gauge and it says 0:40 remaining, that’s probably a good a time, or you’re already past it.
You may see the 98% “jump” to 100% upon unplugging (http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?p=350851#p350851" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false
.
If it helps, here are some kW values in 5 minute intervals after 3.09 kW:
2.42
2.09
1.71
1.30
1.22
1.09
1.08
.80
.77
0
and so on. My car has now begun its “bounce” phase. My work's L2 EVSEs run @ 208 volts and can supply up to 30 amps.
