Momentary power drop at public EVSE: "Charging Stopped" text

This morning I started an untimed charge at a nearby public L2 EVSE. By the time I walked home, the car had sent a "Charging Stopped" text to the phone (left on my nightstand). I hopped in my ICE car to take a look and everything was as I had left it - LEAF happily charging. All I can figure is a momentary power drop at the EVSE caused it to reboot, and the LEAF sensed the loss of power and texted me that charging had stopped. When the power came back up it resumed charging.

If nothing else, I need to remember to carry my phone with me at times like that, or at least reenable the "Charging Started" texts
