Do they still provide the ability to do Google searches via the head unit? If so, is that busted? How about updating car status via the Nissan Connect app? If all that's busted, it's possible the TCU is hung and requires a fuse pull (ala what used to happen the w/the 3G TCU upgrade for gen 1 Leafs before a firmware update came out over a year later).
