http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=10814 Ran it's course in 2012 and 2013 when cars were still under warranty. Now in 2018 and soon to be 2019 I have an out of warranty 2012 Leaf with a driver side window in need of some TLC. Can anybody tell me how to fix this without paying the dealer an arm and a leg?

Seems like a good idea to clean the tracks like he suggests. Unfortunately I can't follow these URLs on my work PC.

Rain X Glass Treatment http://amzn.to/2hPq7N4

Dry Lube http://amzn.to/2CV0n7o
or
Dry Lube http://amzn.to/2DpSurx

So I'll have to look at this from another PC later.

The indeterminacy suggests either/or increased resistance to movement or a failing motor.

Clean any ice off the window
Consider removing any tinting
Try to clean the tracks

No go ?
Replace the motor and/or regulator.
