My seven month old 2017 has recently developed a rattle in the driver'a sun visor. Lowering the visor silences it. I'm pretty sure it's the cover on the little mirror on the back of the visor.

I suppose I could jam a kleenex in there or something.

Would this be covered under warranty?
 
This is going to sound insulting, but it isn't intended that way. Did you make sure the visor is securely clipped into the stabilizer clip when up? Mine rattles like mad when it isn't.
 
Yes. Squeaks and rattles are covered under the 3 year/36K warranty.

I had a local dealer attempt to fix some buzzing from behind the eyebrow speedo twice before the 3 year/36K warranty ran out. Unfortunately, it still sometimes comes back when it gets cold. Oh well.
 
So I verified that the visor is securely snapped into its clip. Pushing up on the middle of the visor silences it, as does pulling it down an inch. It seems to be either the mirror cover or the pull-out visor extension (at least I think that's what that thing is).
