Plug-in notifications every time the car is parked

I recently replaced my 12V battery for the first time on my 2011 LEAF, and I had the telematics upgrade done last December. After changing the battery I started receiving the charge complete notifications again, and can access the car's status via the Nissan app.

However, I now get plug-in reminder notifications whenever the car is parked and turned off w/o plugging in no matter where I am. I used to only get them at home. I tried going into the Carwings settings from the car's menu but I instantly get the message that the connection to the server has failed.

Any suggestions?

I just saw this post. Have you tried to check/change the settings on the Nissan server by logging in from your computer?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, but for whatever reason I cannot login via computer anymore. (It works fine from my phone app, or the car.)

Call the Nissan help line and get these fixed in the following order:

Then you can re-set your "home" base.
