2013 base model. Bluetooth connects to my phone and displays my phone number and says "in use". The radio doesn't work so it clearly takes over. It won't disconnect in any of the usual ways so I have to turn Bluetooth off of my phone to get it to disconnect. I have tried to follow its spoken instruction to say a number (like 25) and then say send, and it temporarily goes away. I have no idea what it's sending and to where! Suggestions?
