Unable to 'Accept Terms/Condition' in CarWings portal

I recently leased a Nissan Leaf SL 2016 model car and am unable to connect to the Nissan Connect EV(Carwings) portal. After I created my owner portal user id, I login and as a first step to enable Carwings, need to accept the 'terms and condition'. After that step, I get a pop-up message 'unable to complete the request, contact Nissan EV Customer support'.

Been with the customer support for the past two weeks now where I was asked to provide UNIT id of the Telematics unit. Later was told to take my car to the dealership to get the telematics unit reprogrammed. Dealer confirmed that the telematics unit is working fine. All done, still I am having the same issue. Unable to proceed after the terms/condition screen. I need to go back to the EV support team again on Monday.

Meanwhile trying to check if anyone had faced similar issues and if so, what was the resolution ?
