SEAT BOLTS - TORQUE SPEC?

Hi, I'm prepping my lease for return and having to unbolt the front seats to get my seat covers off. Does anyone have the proper torque values for the seat bolts?

The ones that fasten the rails to the floor are 30 ft-lb,
for the bottom seat to the rails are 21 ft-lb,
the seat back to the rails are 33 ft-lb.
