Solution for sticky brakes----Use ceramic front brake pads such as Akebono Pro Act ACT1094's (same pads as a Nissan Exterra). Also, 2013 Leafs moved to lower friction calipers. Lower friction means more dirt stuck in the pad surface. Clean them often.
Also, pushing down firmly on the brakes for 30 seconds will help a little because it closes the gap a bit on the low drag caliper setting.
