Does LeafSpy reliably read serial numbers and part numbers under the "Read ECU" page?
I had a PDM replaced on a 2014SL, and when it was newly installed I could see its part number (3NF7D), as well as the serial number. It was listed as:
This was in late December 2017. I had some issues after the install, and after it was eventually fixed, I've had it back for over a month now with no issues.
However, I just did another scan and now it shows:
With no part or serial number.
Is it possible the tech updated the firmware without writing the correct part number? Is it important to get it corrected? Another thing I noticed is that I'm seeing 17 values reported now, whereas before it was only reporting 10. Any idea why that might be?
Finally, there is also another item that looks funny:
