Sorta. There's no siren (just the horn and flashing of lights) and AFAIK, there's no included glass breakage sensor nor shock sensor. Aftermarket alarms generally have a shock sensor mounted under the steering column which you can set off by slapping the top of car hard or shaking the car hard enough.
