I managed to back into a pole with a loaded bike rack, and put a good dent in the rear body panel on the back door/lift gate.

I can find the entire door as part number 90100-3NF0B, but does anyone know if just that body panel can be sourced/a good place to pick one up/a way to find the part number for just the panel?

Let’s see if this works...

You could always try the DIY approach too:

Try a paint less dent repair shop like this one: https://www.dentexpdr.com/ it worked well on my 2013 total cost $150

Yes, we've used similar service a couple of times with great results.

I have a basically this same exact dent in the same place on my LEAF that was there from the previous owner. I got a quote of $250 from a paintless dent removal place, but I am going to give the DIY methods a shot first. I also feel like if we remove the trim from the inside, there is a good chance that it could be maneuvered back into place, but it won't be perfect. Let me know what you decide to do and I'll do the same!

Update on my (not op) dent: So I was able to open the lift gate, remove the plastic handhold piece of trim at the bottom of the opened lift gate and access the metal inside of the lift gate. I was able to pull out my dent using a variety of household tools - the padded back of a hammer worked pretty well. Your dent is just a bit farther up than mine and may be trickier to access, but I wanted to let you know what worked for me. Good luck!
