Last night my wife drove over a curb such that the car was stuck.
We called assistance and 50 minutes later a truck came and winched the car out.
The only problem was that I was unable to put the car in neutral. Never had to before. It's not intuitive that you have to hold the shift to the left for a few seconds before it goes into neutral.
