I cannot connect to my LEAF for the last 2 weeks now. 4 months ago paid for TCU upgrade, took 2 months for dealer to get it working, now I cannot connect. Any one else having this problem? It is bad enough that the app is shot, now the web access no longer works. What did I pay $200 for? :|
 
Works for me. Was able to retrieve my status earlier this morning via their iOS app and again a minute ago.

Try signing in from the head unit. If that fails, try disconnecting your 12 volt battery for a few minutes. Some folks in another thread have a fuse they suggest pulling. I don't recall which one since I've never done that.
 
I've been trying t register my newly purchased LEAF with NissanConnect for a week or two now with no luck. Chatted with someone via the website chat window who said NissanConnect was down for routine maintenance? Maybe that is affecting you?
