What do I need to access charge points?

Can someone tell me what I need to have eg accounts, cards, apps what ever to access the dc fast chargers and other chargers Please?

The good news is most of the popular charging stations can be activated through your smart phone.

Can you update your location info via your user name in the upper right > User Control Panel > Profile tab? That way, we don't need to ask in future posts/threads or do sleuthing to deduce it.

Some answers here might be US specific (e.g. Chargepoint and Evgo).

As well as your location, it would be helpful to know how recently you purchased your Leaf. I ask as all newer Leafs come with 2 years of access to a network of free charging stations thru the EZ-Charge system. That information should have been included with the materials provided by your dealer.

Even if you don't qualify for No Charge to Charge you will still get a card in the mail from them. With that card you can sign up with EVgo, Chargepoint, etc for a lower rate. I screwed up big time and signed up with EVgo on their website, then I applied for No Charge to Charge and they sent me a card, the EVgo membership through that is about $2 cheaper per CHAdeMO charge but I can no longer sign up for the discounted rate because I already signed up for full price
