Driving Distance / Elapsed Time Way to Auto Reset in '15 SL?

Does anyone know if the driving distance / elapsed time can be programmed to auto reset and start from 0 and 0 on each trip instead of being cumulative?

This is located in the dash, straight ahead in the "computer" on my 2015 SL.

I like seeing how long it takes to commute to various places, and the cumulative timer, where it starts where it last stopped (not at 0/0), is not helpful. And I never remember to reset it.

Not that I know of. I have the same problem (not remembering to reset it).

One thing I miss from my Passat is that it had 2 trip computers: one that reset every trip (after the car was off for 30 minutes) and a second that was only reset manually. Both showed avg mpg, avg mph, time, and distance. That was for a MY2001 car.

I agree and think this is very annoying it does not reset once you turn car off. My Prius and Audi do that for gods sake. That should be a software fix.
I have other little complaints posted elsewhere and even call Nissan who is no help.
