EZ Charge Network and No Charge promotion

I have a Blink network charging station near my office that does not show up on the No Charge to Charge station search. Would all Blink network chargers be included, or only the ones that show up in the search on the EZCharge website?

Not all are included so the best thing is to swipe the card and see if it tells you that you won't be charged.
