Self installed on the exterior of a single bay detached garage (shed!). Already had power but the existing wiring would only handle a 30 amp circuit, so I went with this unit which uses 24 amps and a 30 amp breaker. Very happy with the install and the charge times on this unit.

Nice install. Did that black flex pigtail come with the unit? Those clipper creek units are hearty. Not sure I've ever seen a broken one.
 
Yes, they come with armored cable, covered in vinyl or some similar plastic. I attached a convertible 30/50 amp dryer/range plug to mine (omitting the unneeded neutral prong), and will be putting in a 30 amp 240 volt circuit for it. Until then (and afterwards as well) I can use the EVSE as a portable unit, and charge at RV parks.
