I have a 2017 Nissan Leaf SV with the surround camera and Bose sound system.
I did a 2-year lease with $0 down, paying $249/month.
The buyout option I have from the dealership at the end of my lease is:

Price of vehicle - $15,693.49
B/O- $73.92
Licensing/Doc- $602.50
Taxes- $1,697.96
Total out the door price- $17,993.95

This is my first ever lease, but based on MSRP, this seems like a pretty good deal?
There is no negotiating from my understanding.
They had mentioned there's like a $1,500 fee to go through the dealership rather than through the leasing company directly- can I save money by not going through the dealership?
This is all new to me, so thanks for any advice.

If the car works well for you, and is not losing range noticeably, then that is an "ok" price. You basically swapped a high residual for a low payment and zero down, which means that if you want to keep the car, you have to now pay all of the value you deferred while leasing. Try asking several dealerships for "out the door" buyout prices. There should be some variance in the quotes.
