2014 Nissan Leaf - Nissan not allowing lease extension?

Hey all, I have a 2014 Leaf that is coming up for end of lease April 2016. When I called NMAC today about extending the lease for an additional 12 months they said that they do not have any offers to extend the leases on 2014's currently. Which sucks because I like my Leaf, but not enough to buy it with a 17K residual. Leases on 2016's are laughably expensive.

So my question is, has anyone with a 2014 Leaf been able to extend their lease?

Try calling 1-800-854-3310. I just got my 2013 lease extended, and it sounded to me like, as of two weeks ago, they are doing it for all Leaf leases that ended or end within the last two years.

Talked with them today. As of 1/26 the lease extensions are only available to 2012 and 2013 models. I'll try again at the beginning of February and see if there are any updates then. They may have a new program next month. Here's hoping!
