Is $13712.00 what Nissan received for my Leaf at Auction. Before or after action fees?

2014/06/20 11 NISSAN LEAF Payment -$13712.00
2014/04/24 11 NISSAN LEAF Payment -$419.76

The car was returned with VERY low mileage, with only two minor dings, which Nissan made no charges for.

I found the car listed at CarMax Fresno.

This sales price does not include auction fees or transportation to buyer.

I sold my truck to Carmax as they were the best offer by 1,000. They resold it a week later for 5,000 more. Sounds like a typical markup.

Thanks for posting this information. I ended up buying a new 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Plus for about $38.00 more than price Nissan wanted to charge me to buy out my lease. The Nissan price did not include sales tax, or lease termination or doc fees.

I really liked the Leaf, but Nissan's bring back value was just too high and they would not come down a penny on their buy out price. I would have paid $14,000 or maybe just a little more but not $15,550.

Pity you couldn't have found out where it was auctioning and bought it out of auction yourself.

I do know for sure where it was auctioned, but research would say it was Manhiam Hayward(CA)..One problem, manufactures finance operation auctions are dealers only, I'm not a dealer and do not know any dealers.
