Went to see Nissan's DC Fast Charger and saw this LEAF for sale. Went for a test drive, rides good. Sales Manger Ervin Gavin 480-241.7724 says he can do better than the Internet Price.

If you are looking for a used 2011 without the quick charge port option, this LEAF is in good shape.

Tell you the truth, NO capacity bars lost. Has all 12. Check out that Alternative Fuel Round sticker on the back bumper by the license plate. Whatever state that is from, may be your answer to why this car still has all 12 capacity bars.

CARFAX shows the vehicle as having always been in AZ. If that's true, the dealer may have done something to temporarily reset the capacity bars back to 12.

Quick web search shows that is an Az AFV sticker....

OP, Can you update your location info via User Control Panel (near top) > Profile (left side)? That way, we don't need to ask in future posts/threads or do sleuthing to deduce it.

Yeah.

Judging by http://www.weather.com/weather/wxclimatology/monthly/graph/USAZ0207" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and presumably the OP is near there... that's way too high a price, unless it's gotten its battery replaced recently and is nearly brand new.

I wouldn't recommend anyone in hot climates like much of AZ buy a Leaf unless one's range needs are extremely modest and one is prepared to have very little value remaining when they're going to ditch the car due to horrendous capacity loss.

A 2011, been in Phoenix since new? Unless it's been stored in an air conditioned space, it's probably down to 70% or less capacity. Or---maybe it has a new battery!!

Anyway, unless the battery has been replaced, I wouldn't pay more than about $11K for it.

I didn't check under the car to see if the Battery under body battery bolts were removed. Probably need to get Ahr capacity reading. But, funny, Arizona must have discontinued this sticker, as this is the first one I believe I've seen here. Anyway, I believe the Internet Sales Manager would let it go for $14K.

I noticed this LEAF SV has been sold. When I initially checked the glove box of this car, in addition to the owners manuals I found a rectangular hang tag, that gave information on how to charge the LEAF and also jump start if needed. It had a green background and looks like it hung from the rear view mirror.

Does anyone by chance, have a copy of this. It may have been hanging from your rear view mirror when new. I sure would like to get a scanned .pdf of this item.

If you know what I am looking for or if you have any thoughts, I sure would appreciate it.

Thanks

I recognize this. I think it was info for the delivery driver. I'll post to your other thread: http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=17215" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
