I couldn't believe it nissan let me down. I didn't think I was going to use my window today on a cold night in chicago, but there were a few instances where I had to open my door.
Needless to say my rusty ass 1995 nissan pathfinder( besy) never had a problem with windows or maintance issues. So I have to take the recently purchased nissan leaf to get fixed. :D
 
Fairly common problem to have the switch go out. Simple repair. Buy the part online, use a slim putty knife to pry the cover off and single connection. This is the only problem I had on my 2011 LEAF in over 130,000 miles. There are other threads on the forum about this.
