Just wanted to give a shout out to a particular dealer's website and customer service attitude, even though they're across the country from me. They are a Subaru dealer (I'm on my 2nd Subie, 26.5 years and counting as an owner), and to say that they have hit the bulls-eye meeting the needs and desires of the typical Subaru owner demographic is a huge understatement. Without further ado:

If only we could get more non-Tesla dealers who sell BEVs and PHEVs to behave like this.
