If you happen to be looking in the metro-Phoenix market, I'm please to post that my condo is going up for sale and includes the EV charging station as part of the sale. The home also had a TED energy management system, as well as a few other eco-friendly features.
Here's the listing if you know anyone who might be in the market. My leaf and I have relocated to a new home, where I'm still trying to decide which charger to install. I didn't want to bring the blink charger since I liked the idea of marketing an EV ready home.
