Stack Exchange proposal for BEVs

I've created a Stack Exchange proposal to start a Q&A site for BEVs. The idea here is to create a site where people who are interested in BEVs can go to ask and answer questions. We are all very LEAF knowledgable around here, and I'm sure we could contribute to this.

This proposal has now been removed from the stackexchange site, due to inactivity. There wasn't enough interest to support it.
