This is turning out to be somewhat of a break through year for EVs in motorsports. Announcement of Formula E, fastest motorcycle to own Pike's Peak is all electric bike from Lightning Motorcycles, SR1 campaigning their EV1 in off-road races, and now the British Formula SAE's winner is an all electric entry. As additional icing on the cake, the 2nd place was also an EV.
