Premium Traffic Working intimitently

Hi there. I have a leaf 2.0 with built in maps (no SD card). When I set off from home to work (about 1 hours commute) "most" the time premium traffic doesn't work. I got advise from another forum who suggested holding in the volume on/off button for 30 seconds to reboot the infotainment system. Although this works it only works for a few times before it fails to connect again (assuming connection is within a couple of minutes of driving). Admittedly I live out in the country so I could give it the benefit of doubt there is limited coverage but it also happens when in a city.

Is there a resolve for this as it seems great when it works but frankly unreliable at present.
