Need new battery, nissan sucks

I still have 12 health bars for the moment.
The 12 bar will probably drop this year some time.
I will probably start looking for a crashed 40kwh leaf some time late this year or some time in 2020.
Not going to depend on nissan or any one else to provide a drop in replacement.

How can you be looking to change your battery when you still have 12 bars?? Its like throwing away your shoes because they need to be polished....???

By the time it gets down to 10 bars I won't be able to drive it to work in the winter. I'm expecting 10 bars late 2020.
With effectivly 11 bars I already can't 80% charge it on a real cold day and use the heat.

Maybe if I install my own battery heater and diesel fueled cabin heat it might be able to cut it, but I'm not optimistic and thats just bandaiding it.
