Missing Blinker Sound

My 2012 ZEO suddenly lost the blinker sound and the warning lamp sound. Turning laps are working fine. Engine starting chime and reverse chimes are functional. Any idea what could have gone wrong? Do you have any idea from where this sound is generated? Any clue to fix the issue is highly appreciated.
