Just came back from 2nd visit of a 2018 - do I do it?

My spouse has decided it is time to get a second vehicle. I have decided it should be a LEAF. I have built and trimmed a shortlist over the past week or so and I think I've found the one.

2018 SV w/ 105,000km (~65000 miles); asking $19000 CAD (~14000USD)

Battery replaced in August, as well as the ABS actuator ($5000 CAD ?!) :shock:

A new battery? No mechanical damage or maintenance to do? That's like a brand new Leaf.
