How to adjust Button Brightness? (2022 SV Plus)

Hi All,
I've reviewed all the Nissan Leafs videos and I guess perhaps that functionality does not exist but is it possible to adjust the buttons brightness?
The amber light from the heating buttons for example, can they be adjusted? I just picked up my car a couple of days ago, its a 2022 SV Plus
Also I am shocked that the driver side windows and lock buttons do not illuminate, when I drop my kids off for activities and I need to unlock the car, I cant figure out how and I need to guess
