Has anyone else had this issue?
I just purchased a 2015 Leaf 2 days ago. I've been trying to get into carwings online. I'm able to create my user ID, and when I add my vehicle and enter the VIN - it loads up a valid 2015 leaf (except it says metallic peacock when mine is morning sky blue), but when I click add, I get this errro.
"Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is not correct or not set up.
Please check the VIN to make sure it is correct and try again. If the problem persists please call 1-877-No-GAS-EV for assistance."
I called the number, and they can't seem to figure it out. They've escalated, however I still haven't heard from them. The VIN # is definitely correct matching what's on the car as well as the bill of sale.
