Battery capacity graph greyed out?

Hi brains trust,

Bit of a weird one here. Just bought an import e+X second hand. Battery SOH is a bit under 93% according to Leaf Spy and the EV mechanics more fancy OBD scanner, but the battery capacity graph on the car itself shows.. zero?

The bar is completely greyed out.. The car drives fine, of course, and the range estimates seem accurate so far.

Anyone seen this before? Has the battery been fiddled with? Some sensor disconnected?
