2017 Leaf red airbag light flashing and passenger airbag off sign

We lived on the windward side of Oahu (breezy and not as hot), but we parked outdoors so the car definitely had some heat for it's lifetime.

My OCS seems to be on its way out as well. Do you know what all did they replace? Unfortunately I am not in warranty . Thanks
